During the launch window the GHS 200 fee is GHS 0. The worker still receives the full GHS 2,000.
When does the launch offer end?+
The free window is set by EZHire and will be announced in advance inside the portal. Jobs posted while it is open are free permanently — the fee is charged at posting, not later.
How is the business fee calculated?+
Ten percent of the job budget, with a GHS 5 minimum. A GHS 40 job is charged GHS 5; a GHS 2,000 job is charged GHS 200. The fee is shown before you confirm the post.
Is the job budget paid to EZHire?+
No. The budget is settled directly between you and the worker by cash, mobile money or bank transfer. EZHire only charges the posting fee and records the payment when you mark the job paid.
What is the worker activation fee?+
A one-time GHS 10 fee, reduced from GHS 30, charged on a worker's first application. It is waived entirely during the launch window. Workers never pay to browse or maintain a profile.
Do I need a registered business to hire?+
No. Individual / Sole Trader is a full hiring account with the per-post fee. A registered business account adds a business profile, badge and percentage-based billing.
Are there refunds on job posts?+
The post fee is non-refundable because it pays for distribution to workers. If a job is cancelled before any worker is confirmed, contact support — we review these case by case.
