EZHire

How EZHire works

Work, without
the runaround.

One flow, two sides. Employers post a job and choose from real applicants. Workers show what they do and get hired nearby. Everything in between is written down.

For employers

From brief to
boots on site.

The average informal hire takes days of calls. EZHire compresses the search into one posting and puts the comparison in front of you.

What you need

  • A short description of the work
  • A budget you are willing to pay
  • The site address or a map pin

Describe the work

Give the job a title, a trade, a location and a budget. Two minutes, one short brief. No account manager, no phone tag.

Set a site pin so nearby workers can see how far they would travel.

Review real applicants

Applications arrive with a trade, rate, rating and work history attached. Compare people, not profile pictures.

Filter by verification, price, experience or availability.

Agree the terms

Confirm your worker and settle the rate in chat. The job moves from open to assigned with both sides looking at the same terms.

Everything that matters is written down before anyone travels.

Get it done, then pay directly

Track travel, arrival and completion. Pay the worker directly by cash or mobile money, then record it on the job.

EZHire never holds the job budget. The record is the product.

For workers

Your skill, on the record.

No CV required. A clear trade, a fair rate and proof of finished work are enough to start getting discovered.

01

Build a profile that works

Add your trade, your rate, your experience and photos of finished work. Publish it when you are ready to be found.

02

Find work near you

Browse open jobs filtered by trade, type and distance. Save the ones you like and apply with a short note and your rate.

03

Confirm the details

When an employer confirms you, the address, time and rate are all in the job record. Start travel when you head out.

04

Finish and get paid

Mark arrival and completion. The employer pays you directly, and the completed job stays on your record.

Trades on EZHire

The work that keeps
a city moving.

If it can be done by hand, it belongs here. The list grows with the network — employers can add a trade when the work does not fit an existing category.

Designed for trust

A handshake with receipts.

01

Identity before visibility

Workers are marked verified only after government ID and trade details are reviewed. Employers see the badge, not the paperwork.

02

Ratings with context

Ratings are tied to completed jobs and shown with a count. A 5.0 from two jobs reads differently from a 4.8 from 120, and the page says so.

03

A written record

Job terms, status changes, attendance and payment notes live on one timeline that both sides can read.

04

No hidden escrow

The budget is settled directly between employer and worker. EZHire charges a small job-post fee, never a cut of the worker's pay.

Straight answers

The questions
worth asking.

Still unsure? Talk to a human.

Does EZHire hold the money?+

No. The job budget is paid directly to the worker by cash, mobile money or bank transfer. EZHire charges employers a small job-post fee and gives both sides a place to record what was agreed and paid.

How are workers verified?+

A worker submits a government ID and their trade details. Once reviewed, the profile carries a verified badge. Verification is about identity, not a guarantee of workmanship — ratings and completed jobs tell that story.

What does it cost to post a job?+

Posting is free during our launch window. When standard pricing begins, individuals pay GHS 3 per post and registered businesses pay 10% of the job budget with a GHS 5 minimum. Workers never pay to browse or apply.

Can I hire without a registered business?+

Yes. Choose Individual / Sole Trader when you sign up. You get the same posting flow and applicant tools as a business, with the individual post fee.

What if something goes wrong on a job?+

Every job has a timeline. Either side can cancel before work starts, and payment is only marked once both sides have the record. Disputes are logged against the job so support can act on facts instead of messages.
